Kin Enterprise

Help local businesses thrive.

Give your economic-development team the technology, connections, and hands-on support to reach local businesses, connect them with opportunities, and measure progress.

The challenge

Your businesses need support. Your team needs the capacity to deliver it.

Local governments are expected to engage businesses, support commercial corridors, coordinate economic-development initiatives, and demonstrate results. Limited staff capacity, fragmented information, and disconnected programs can make that work harder than necessary.

Kin brings the technology and practical support together.

01

Reach more businesses

Build a clearer picture of your local business community and maintain meaningful engagement.

02

Create more opportunities

Connect businesses to relevant programs, customers, partnerships, referrals, and institutional opportunities.

03

Demonstrate progress

Track engagement, participation, introductions, and verified outcomes in one place.

The platform

One connected platform. More capacity for your community.

Kin Enterprise gives your team a simpler way to engage local businesses, coordinate initiatives, and understand what's happening across your business community.

Connection engine · emerging capability

Better connections. Stronger local businesses.

Kin connects businesses with the people and opportunities that can help them grow. Business owners share what they offer and what they need. Kin's technology helps identify relevant opportunities, while human support helps turn promising matches into meaningful introductions.

Institutions can use this connected infrastructure to support local commerce and coordinate economic-development initiatives. Every introduction is reviewed by a person; matching is still being expanded.

One shared business network

Kin Business serves business owners. Kin Enterprise serves the institutions supporting them. Businesses in an institutionally funded program never need a paid Kin Business membership to receive that program's services, and private business data stays private to each organization.

Kin Enterprise Activate

$2,000/month equivalent

$24,000 annually · Billed annually

Our technology. Our connections. Your goals.

Kin works alongside your team to turn economic-development plans into practical engagement and local business activity.

Everything in Core, plus:

  • A designated Kin implementation contact
  • Up to eight hours of defined implementation support each month
  • Business outreach and engagement support
  • Human-assisted introduction coordination
  • One focused activation campaign per quarter, within the included support allocation
  • Monthly coordination meeting
  • Quarterly activity and outcome review

Ideal for: Municipalities and economic-development teams that need additional capacity to activate their business communities.

What's included and what isn't

The eight hours a month is the total recurring implementation allowance — campaigns, outreach, meetings, and introductions all fit within it. Unused hours don't roll over unless your agreement says so. Additional services are scoped and approved separately. Not unlimited staffing, and results aren't guaranteed.
